Grievance Officer
For complaints about how personal data is handled
Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can raise a grievance about how Loopclub Internet Private Limited processes your personal data. Our Grievance Officer is Harshul Jain. We acknowledge every grievance and resolve it within 30 days. If a shopper was called by RowCall for a store, the store decides why it called; we will pass your request to them and help them answer it.
