RowCall calls shoppers who opted in when their cart stalls, in Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi or Tamil. Your system sends each answer and opt-out to Netcore as customer attributes and events, so every channel knows what the shopper said.

Netcore with RowCall

Through the API today, a connector when it ships.

What Netcore brings

Call outcomes as events and contact attributes. Answers and outcomes become customer attributes and segments, and opt-outs can update each channel’s subscription.

Through the API today

Your system starts each call with one API request. RowCall makes it, and your system passes the answers to Netcore as customer attributes and events, from RowCall’s signed webhook.

When the connector ships

Answers reach Netcore without code on your side. It isn’t built yet; the API works today.
