Confirm the cash-on-delivery order, win back the stalled checkout, rescue the failed delivery. RowCall makes all three calls as one voice channel for your brand: in your shopper’s language, on your script, with every call on record.

One call, start to finish

One brand day: a COD order, a stalled cart and an NDR, on one channel.

The moment that starts the call, what the shopper hears, what happens, and what comes back to you.

Three calls, one channel
COD verification, checkout recovery and NDR follow-up are usually three tools or three call lists. In RowCall they’re three flows on one channel, with one record per shopper.
Your brand on the phone
Every call opens as your store’s automated assistant, keeps to the flow you publish and honours one opt-out across every flow.
Answers you can act on
Confirmed, address changed, new slot, still interested: each answer comes back typed, with the recording and transcript beside it.

The voice channel for commerce

What RowCall does on every call.

Each call follows a flow you publish: it starts from an order, asks your questions in the shopper’s language, and ends as answers your store can act on.

COD verification

Before a cash-on-delivery order ships, RowCall asks if the shopper placed it and checks the address.

Checkout recovery

Shoppers who opted in at checkout get a call about the cart they left, and what stopped them.

NDR calls

When the courier reports a failed attempt (NDR), RowCall calls to reschedule or fix the address. Your system sends the event by API.

In five Indian languages

Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi and Tamil, switching when the shopper does.

Where to start

Ready-made calls for your orders.

Each one starts from a ready-made flow you can change, and hear in your browser, before any shopper is called.

Trust

Five promises, kept in the product.

An automated caller speaks for your brand. These rules are built in, not settings you have to remember.

Every call says it’s automated.

In the first sentence, in the shopper’s language.

Only shoppers who asked are called.

Recovery and help calls need opt-in at checkout.

It asks your questions, and only yours.

The flow is fixed. The caller can’t add to it.

It never asks for card details or codes.

Payment always happens through a secure link.

People can say no, and it sticks.

One opt-out covers every flow, immediately.

Questions

What is an NDR call?

A call after the courier reports a non-delivery (NDR). RowCall asks the shopper for a new slot, a corrected address or someone else who can receive the parcel, and sends the answers back to you.

Do shoppers have to opt in?

For checkout recovery and checkout help, yes: the shopper opts in at checkout. Verification and delivery calls are service calls about an order the shopper placed.

Does it work with Shopify?

Yes. Shopify stores connect to RowCall directly, or through Glood, the intelligent AI agent. Other stores send their data and start calls with the API.

Can I hear it before a shopper does?

Yes. Free test calls run in your browser, so you can hear a full call before any shopper is called. Live calls are charged per second from prepaid credit.

Choosing between providers? Read the buyer’s checklist.
