Does RowCall work with SMS today?
Yes, through RowCall’s API. A direct SMS (DLT-registered) connector is planned and isn’t built yet. Today your system starts calls with one API request, gets the answers by signed webhook, and sends them to SMS as a payment link message.
How is RowCall priced?
₹3.00 a minute plus GST, telephony included, charged per second with a 30-second minimum, from prepaid credit. Unanswered calls and test calls are free.
Which languages do the calls use?
Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi and Tamil. Within a call, RowCall switches to any language you allow when the shopper does.
