Shiprocket with RowCall
Through the API today, a connector when it ships.
What Shiprocket brings
Failed attempts (NDR), reattempts. Failed delivery attempts start rescue calls; the reattempt or a new delivery date is requested from your courier.
Through the API today
Your system sends RowCall Shiprocket’s NDR update with one API request. RowCall makes the call, and the answers come back to your system by signed webhook.
When the connector ships
Shiprocket’s events reach RowCall without code on your side. It isn’t built yet; the API works today.
One call, start to finish
A failed Shiprocket delivery, rescued by a call.
The moment that starts the call, what the shopper hears, what happens, and what comes back to you.

- 2Send Shiprocket’s NDR update to RowCall’s API: one request starts a call with the order’s details.
- 3Choose a flow, such as Failed delivery, and add a webhook in Developers → Webhooks for the answers.
- 4Hear a free test call in your browser, then go live once your business is verified and you’ve topped up.
