Export

At the end: a CSV of the responses you're looking at, or your systems receiving each shopper's answers the moment their run ends.

Your data is yours. It's stored in India (Bengaluru), and you can take all of it out at any time.

1. Open Results → Responses

   Pick the flow and the days, and apply any filters or a saved view. The file has exactly the rows you see.

2. Choose Export CSV

   The file has one row per shopper: Shopper, Phone, Outcome, one column per question, Language, Attempts, Started, Ended and Talk seconds.

You need the Builder, Admin or Owner role to export, and every export is recorded in the audit log.

Receive answers as they happen

To put answers straight into your own systems, add a webhook in Developers → Webhooks and subscribe to run.completed. Each event carries the run with answers and outcome. Or read them yourself with GET /v1/runs. See Webhooks.
