Follow calls as they happen on the Calls page, filter the list, and open any call for its conversation, timeline, results and recording.
At the end: you can see every call ringing or on right now, find any past call in a few clicks, and read or hear exactly what was said.

Every call, newest first, with its status and outcome.Filter
By Flows, Statuses, Outcomes, Languages, People (who started it) and Kinds: Shopper calls, Test calls or Simulations. Pick the days with the date picker. The filters live in the page address, so you can bookmark a view such as "today's cancelled orders".

Select a row to open its details beside the list.
What a call shows

| Conversation | The recording and the transcript together; select a line to hear it |
| Timeline | Every event in order: queued, ringing, answered, each step, each action, a language switch, ended |
| Call results | The answers, the outcome, the run's other tries and each action the agent took with its reply |
In the API, the same call is GET /v1/calls/{callId}.
