Step-by-step guides
Every task from your first flow to live calls and their results, as numbered steps, in the order you do them.
Each guide is one task: what you'll have at the end, the steps with the dashboard's own labels, and where to go next. Together they make a loop you go round for every flow.
The loop
- Build a flow, usually by copying one from the library.
- Simulate it, typing or talking as the shopper, until it behaves.
- Publish it, so calls use it.
- Start calls: one shopper, a list of contacts, or from your store by API.
- Schedule and retry: calling hours and how often a shopper is tried.
- Watch calls as they happen.
- Listen in and take over when a person is needed.
- Read results and export them.
- Improve the flow and publish again.
