Getting access
Join the waitlist, accept your invite, set up your org, get ready for live calls and add your team.
RowCall is opening to stores by invitation. You join the waitlist, RowCall invites you, and you can try the agent with test calls as soon as you're in. Live calls to shoppers start once RowCall has verified your business and you've added credit. This page takes you from the waitlist to a working org with your team in it.
1. Get your invite
Join the waitlist
On rowcall.ai, select Join the waitlist and answer four questions: your work email, your company, your team size, and the calls you'd like to make. It takes a minute.
RowCall reviews it
We read every signup and email your invite. If we need to know more first, we'll reply to the same email.
Accept your invite
Open the link in the email. Enter your name and a password of at least 12 characters (a short sentence works well; very common passwords are refused), or use Continue with Google where it's offered. The link was sent to your inbox, so your email is verified at once.
Without an invite, the app's sign-up page says sign-up is by invitation. Someone already on RowCall at your company can invite you to their org instead (see below).
Invites
Each invite link works once, for 7 days, and only for the address it was sent to:
| Invite | Subject line | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| An org made for you | "The RowCall team invited you to …" | RowCall set up an org for your company. You accept RowCall's terms for your business, then join it as its Owner. |
| A teammate's org | "… invited you to … on RowCall" | Someone at your company invited you with a role, such as Admin or Viewer. Select Accept and join. |
| An invite to RowCall | "Your invite to RowCall" | You create your account and then your own org as its Owner. |
If your link has expired or was already used, ask whoever invited you for a new one. A new link replaces the old one.
2. Set up your org
An org is your company's workspace. Flows, calls and results all belong to it. When you create one, you accept RowCall's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Data Processing Terms for your business. If you're the Owner, open Settings → General and check:
- Name and logo, as your team will see them.
- Timezone, which RowCall uses for calling hours. The default is Asia/Kolkata.
- Calling hours, the days and times calls may be placed. The default is Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 21:00. See Calling hours.
You can create more orgs later, for example one per brand. See Organizations.
3. Get ready for live calls
Simulations and calls in your browser work from the start. Before the agent makes phone calls, the Owner does two things:
- Verify your business. Tell RowCall about your business, your store and the calls you'll make, then send it for approval. RowCall checks it, emails you, and gives your org a phone number to call from. See Verify your business.
- Top up. Live calls are charged per second from prepaid credit. See Top up.
Until both are done, a banner across the app says what's left.
4. Invite your team
Open Settings → Members → Invite, enter a work email and pick a role.
| Role | Give it to |
|---|---|
| Admin | People who run the org: settings, members, flows, calls |
| Builder | People who write and publish flows |
| Operator | People who watch calls, listen in and take over |
| Viewer | People who only need to see calls and results |
There is one Owner per org. See Roles and permissions for exactly what each role can do.
Signing in later
Go to the RowCall app and log in. If you forget your password, use Forgot password: the reset link works for 1 hour and signs you out of every other device.
