RowCall has no store connectors of its own. It doesn't read your Shopify store or your order database. Everything a call needs to know or do comes from the system that owns your orders, through RowCall's two-way API. That system can be a commerce platform you already use, or your own code.
Two ways to connect

Either way, the flows, calls, recordings and answers live in your RowCall org, and you watch them in the RowCall app.
